I love crab cakes with a good remoulade but those in the picture have quinoa under them, and I can't eat it. I'd spend most of the trip in the loo if I did. Hope they weren't too bad. They need a poached egg on top too.
They were also probably prepared WELL in advance of their arrival at your tray table. I agree, hour's old crabcakes, not a great idea. There's a decent chance that the F/A filed a report and you'll never see them again.
