Last week we flew from OGG-PDX on Alaska, and were lucky to get an upgrade.

That's our house down there with the tennis court. OK, not really.

We were astounded when we ordered a scotch and got served a Highland Park 18.

On most airlines, you would be lucky to get Glenlivet or Black Label.

Alaska has raised the bar .. so to speak.
