Name That Aircraft - Quiz#246

This image is an extreme crop of an aircraft that was way up in the background of a slide taken in Southern California in 1968.

We've sharpened it a little just to smooth out the lines.

We don't know what it is. 'Could be civillian, 'could be military.

      We like that guess! We didn't realize the Beech 99 went back that far.

      We like your Duke guess, JJ. They started delivering Dukes that same year. Plus, we've always liked the Duke. I suppose it could also be a Baron.
