Optical illusion? It looks as though a lot of rudder trim will be required. Yea, the 340 IS a hog, from what I've heard. However, if this was taken from Imperial Hill, he used very little runway, I think. An A340 doesn't need much gas to go from LAX to LAS. I'd love to have been on it, but by the time we arrived at LAS, the 'Sands' folks would have received a copy of my credit report :-(
