A bit before I did the race from T3 down sepulveda to imperial to world way west to the TWA hangar to drop Dad off at his car. He didn't like to take the bus. Best improvements the new LED lights and the barrier between n/s traffic. Look at that tractor leading the PAA.
It must have been around the 70's that they put in some sort of antenna thing that allowed the AM car radio to continue working even inside the tunnel.
